Terms and Conditions   Title to all merchandise listed herein will not transfer to buyer until invoice is paid in full. The seller assumes no liability for new or used equipment sold to the purchaser herein. Purchaser must carefully inspect all goods upon delivery for damage and fill all claims with the carrier within 5 days of receipt of said goods. Returned goods must have prior authorization and must be returned within 30 days of the purchaser’s receipt of said goods. A service charge of 1% per month (18% per amount) will be charged on delinquent balances. If it is necessary to bring legal action to enforce collection of any delinquency, the cost of attorneys, court and related expenses shall be paid by the purchaser. 25% of invoice total will be charged for order cancellations.
